Terms:

• All stays are subject to background screen prior to agreement.

• All guests must sign a 28-day stay agreement prior to arrival and each month you stay after

• Stays are for 28 days - stays can be renewed if both parties find this agreeable, but you may be asked to move to a different accommodation

• Utilities are included for Tiny Homes and Airstreams, electric billed back for RV Sites

• Camper age - not older than 10 years except upon approval

• RV Site maximum capacity: Up to 2 adults and 4 kids

• You must be able to move your own rig - having your camper dropped off by another person is not allowed.

• $500 refundable deposit is required for accommodation and RV sites.

• Pets: Dogs are allowed with a monthly agreement, and $75 non-refundable fee, 1 dog maximum in rented accommodations. No other types of pets are allowed in rented accommodations.

• Guests will not receive any tiny home/cabin housekeeping services. (Housekeeping can be offered for an additional fee).

• We cannot accommodate more than the max occupancy that is listed for each unit.

• Guests must supply their own linens and towels. Rugs and artwork are not included in the accommodations. Linen rentals are available for a fee.

• Flatware, dishes and cooking utensils are included in the rentals under the agreement terms.
