Our cozy and modern Tiny Homes are designed for comfort and tranquil relaxation. With views of the river outside your window, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed - it’s never been easier to keep your mind on what matters.
Each of our 5 Tiny Homes has been lovingly decorated and filled with everything you need for your stay. Equipped with AC and Heat, you’ll be the perfect temperature year-round.
The Bed
You can leave the sleeping bag at home! Each Tiny Home has a luxurious queen bed with white linens, fluffy pillows, and a cozy comforter. Monument Tiny Home has two queen beds to fit more friends and family!
With a TV in each room, bedside table, and beautiful wood rooms, you’ll feel right at home.
Provisions
Our Kitchens are equipped with everything you need to cook at home. You just need your ingredients! In planning your meal, here’s what you can expect in our kitchen:
Plates, bowls, cups, mugs, utensils
Kitchen cookware and tea kettle
Knives, scissors, spatula, spoons, whisk

The Bathroom
While these are technically “Tiny” Homes, you’ll be amazed at the size of the bathrooms! We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash, so don’t worry about packing those for your trip. You’ll also have white fluffy towels and a makeup cloth. Make yourself at home!
Secure Check-in and Check-Out
All of our accommodations are secured with a digital lock code. Upon arrival, check in with our front desk and they will provide you with your personal access code. This makes coming and leaving seamless! No need to keep track of a physical key.

The Riverfront Location
We have to tell you about our location first, because it’s that amazing! All of our Tiny Homes have a prime location on the banks of the Colorado River. This makes us the best spot in town for morning coffee, afternoon walks in the park, or cracking open a cold one with friends at sunset. Since we are located in Las Colonias Park, guests have easy access to walking trails, river recreation, The Amphitheater, and more. Our activities page has more information on all there is to do in the Grand Junction area and beyond. The Hub is available to all of our guests, and features a large outdoor riverfront patio complete with table seating, Adirondack chairs, and a gas fire pit. We also have coin operated laundry machines and bathrooms with showers for all of our guests to utilize.
